Limit 1 promotion offer per person. If you choose to purchase more than once, we will subtract 5% from your refund for transaction costs.
You must cancel any scheduled appointment 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, less 5% transaction fee.
If you show up to your appointment more than 10 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule you to another day and time.
As there are multiple factors that can affect your outcome, we cannot guarantee results.
